Welcome to SB Pro Canine Accessories! We live on Vancouver Island, in British Columbia on the west coast of Canada. For as long as I can remember I have always had dogs and the odd (and I do mean ODD) cat here and there. We currently have two Boxers - Gandalf - 5 and Mae West -11, and a Chocolate Lab - Madison -11, and an odd cat Diablo (she lives up to her name). Mae West was 7 years old when we rescued her from a, let's say, not the perfect enviroment. She had the worst case of a Thyroid condition the vet had seen in years. Weighing in at well over 100 LBS. and missng huge patches of hair. She is a very happy and healthy 11 year old now. Mae suffered a cougar attack 3 years ago and believe it or not she also survived that! After 2-3 weeks in I.C.U. she is again healthy and happy. Maddie, the lab, is also a dog we rescued from, not the best enviroment as well, at 12 mths. old. She is now a happy and healthy 11 year old. Maddie Passed away on Sept. 7 2007. We miss her sooo very much already. Our Lil Maddie(actually Big) was such a friendly, cute, and easy going dog, she loved to run and walk.... Maddie I hope your running now, on Rainbow Bridge.... you brought so much Joy to our home. We miss ya Sweets :) And Gandalf, age 5, my boy, is probably one of the most special things in my life. Gandalf was a 40 ish :) Birthday Present from my husband, brought home from Vancouver at 10 weeks from Dorado's Boxers. There is a HUGE pull on my heart for him :) always. Leash making started out as a hobby for my own dogs, as after going to Peru, I had a brainstorm to make a sling ball toy for dogs(hence the name SB Pro). So thats how I got started making leashes. As their popularity has risen it has moved more into a second job, and one that I do love to do. Through leash making I have started to make some great friends around the globe, and I look forward to making many more over the coming years. My work is 100% Guaranteed and all Handmade.
